Who We are

Our ultimate goal is to be seen as wise counsel for our clients. Who they call for strategic conversations about their business and a go-to source of guidance and advice.

We believe that

Anything worth doing is worth doing right.

At LCC, our strategists, designers, managers, and developers are one team. We all join in, share insights, take responsibility, and celebrate success with our clients.

Here are a few other things we take very seriously around here.
Building relationships
We work with awesome people on purpose. We want to become part of your team, not just provide a service you need. We work hard to establish and maintain relationships with our customers so they think of us as friends and trusted partners.
learning, always
In our line of business, if you’re not constantly learning then you’re falling behind. We stay on top of trends and best practices so that you don’t have to worry about it. We’ll always try something once. If it doesn’t work, we’ll suggest better ideas.
being honest

Being honest gets everybody to the best possible outcome quickly and efficiently. When you’re successful, we’re successful and that’s how we like it. If we think something is a good (or bad) idea, you can count on us to tell ya and work through it from there.

finding solutions
We have full confidence in our team’s ability to think creatively, critically, and problem solve when necessary. We love a good challenge and jump at a chance to innovate for the greater good.
communicating clearly
We make ourselves available to explain exactly what’s going on. Have a question? Just ask. Your dedicated project manager is here to help with strategy, go over data, and bounce ideas off of.
having fun
When it comes down to it, we’ll outperform other agencies because we downright love our work and we think it shines through in every conversation, every decision, and every design we build.

We’ve got humble beginnings

and we use them to your advantage

In the heat of the direct mail catalog craze of the 1980s, LCC founder Rob Logan worked in the sales and marketing division of a successful textile company. In the 10 years he spent speaking 1-1 with retailers in their stores all over the southeast, he uncovered the nuances of product marketing and concept delivery.

This knowledge paved the way for Rob to transition into what we do as a company today. After going back to school and arming himself with the technical skills needed to provide solutions to the problems consumers face in the internet age, he founded Logan Creek Creative.

These days we proudly stand on the foundation of his traditional marketing background, combined with contemporary industry standards, rock solid principles, and reliable customer service. We partner with businesses all over the United States to help them succeed in their goals.

Want to be on that list?

But don’t just take our word for it.

Creekwood Farm RV Park has used LCC to design and maintain our website for several years.  Anytime I’ve needed help with a project or a technical question, they’ve been there to help and resolve.  I highly recommend them for their professional service,  honesty, and dependability in web design and online marketing.

FAQ

YOU ASKED, WE ANSWERED

Why should I hire LCC?

Let’s face it – a successful marketing or design project has many moving parts and we can manage them all for you. We will create a customized solution based on your specific needs, simplify your life and save you money with our knowledge, experience and expertise. Working with us will help you avoid wasted time and costly trial-and-error.

What is SEO?

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of optimizing a website using onsite and offsite strategy to help get content presented by a search engine. Done well, the practice increases the quantity and quality of your traffic.

Do I actually need SEO?

In a word, YES! Organic SEO is a way to increase your website traffic without actually employing a PPC (Pay Per Click) strategy. When you utilize PPC you are paying for every single click that arrives at your website. In some instances this is a valuable strategy but also a costly one.

Investing in an SEO program will bring organic (non PPC) visits to your website. Organic results are represented in a search in the white part of the page and do not have “Ad or Paid” by their listing headers.

How long does it take to rank on google?

Well the most common answer is: It depends.

In today’s environment it takes more than remembering to place your keyword tags into your code to achieve a preferential ranking at the top of Google. Launching a website and *hoping* Google will acknowledge it just won’t happen. If your website has been built and optimized correctly you have a much greater chance of being found via a Google search.

A general time frame is six months to one year to gain rankings but this is also based on how aggressive you want us to be in getting you there. It can take a much shorter time frame to gain local rankings, but a much longer time to gain a ranking on a generic term/phrase like “real estate agent”.

I don't like social media, do I have to use it for my business?

If you want to compete in today’s market, you need to have a social media presence. You don’t have to be on every single platform, but you need to be on a few of the main ones. Don’t worry though, we can handle that for you!

I already have a website, can you help me market it?

We are happy to consider projects on a case-by-case basis. We do, however, work exclusively in WordPress so if your site is built on another platform we won’t be a good fit.
